Overview

I led the creation and launch of a multi-year internship program designed to invest in future leaders while strengthening the organization’s creative and operational capacity.

  • The organization needed a sustainable way to develop leadership, support ministry initiatives, and create growth opportunities for young adults. At the time, no formal pathway existed to do so.

  • I conceptualized the program from it’s inception, shaping its structure, messaging, and execution. My work spanned creative planning, communications, recruitment, event coordination, and ongoing refinement.

  • I centered the program around clarity, belonging, and purpose. From communication to onboarding, every touchpoint was designed to feel thoughtful, welcoming, and intentional.

  • The internship program launched successfully and continued over multiple years, developing future leaders while strengthening internal capacity. It became a meaningful entry point for young adults seeking hands-on experience and mentorship.
